Steps to Host Your Miner with Hamus Hosting
Initial Steps
To begin hosting your miner with Hamus Hosting, please provide the following information:
- The type of miners you want to host with us.
- Whether you already own miners or need assistance acquiring them from our trusted partners.
- The number of miners you want to host with us.
- Your preferred hosting location from our available sites.
- The duration of your hosting contract: 1, 2, or 3 years.
Hamus will check availability and inform you if we have capacity for your miners.
Contract & Payment Process

- Once you decide to proceed, share your contact details with us.
- Hamus will send you a welcome email containing:
- A hosting contract including the details provided above. Read our template contract here.
- Required deposit amount and payment instructions.
- After we receive the signed contract and deposit, we will provide the shipping address for your miners.
- If you wish to import miners through our Norwegian company, we can assist in avoiding VAT during the import process. This service is available for a flat fee of €90 per shipment, covering some customs clearance costs.
Shipping & Setup Process

- Share the tracking code with Hamus so we can link the shipment to your account.
- Hamus will send you a link to create your personal Foreman account, which allows you to monitor your miners, change pools, reboot, fetch log files, and more.
- Once your miners arrive, we follow these steps. Check it out at our Youtube video:

- Scan the Parcel ID & Tracking code and upload them to our system.

- Remove the miner from the box, scan the Serial Number & MAC Address (if available), and upload them to our system.

- Test the miner using our test pool to ensure functionality.

- Scan the miner via the internet port using our specialized tool, retrieve miner details, and upload them.

- Assign a rack location to the miner.

- Apply a custom label to the miner.

- Place the miner in the designated rack.

Finalization
Hamus will add the miner to your personal Foreman account and notify you that the miner is now visible.
You will need to change the mining pool from the Hamus test pool to your personal pool.
Hamus will send you an updated version of the contract, including:
The miner’s Serial Number and MAC Address.
The official contract start date.
Your miner is now fully set up and operational with Hamus Hosting!
